ITU Corporation is a privately held industrial training corporation and has been in business since 2003. Founded by Dave Carpenter, an electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience in the mechatronics industry, Dave has conducted training and instructional classes, both as an Adjunct Professor, and as a private consultant. Dave has taught classes, public eminars, and training sessions all over the United States, for ITU, American Trainco, Lewellyn Technology, Vincennes University, Dana University, and for many different industries. Dave has developed award winning mechatronics training programs recognized by Indiana Workforce Development. Our training products reflect Dave’s passion for delivering effective, and practical training that is both interesting, and effective.
Located in Sullivan, Indiana, ITU operarates from a single office and manufacturing facility, located at 910 South Section Street, (Old US Hwy 41) at the southern edge of Sullivan. The 9000 square foot brick and steel commercial building previously housed an International School Bus dealership and service center known as Moody’s International. Yes, previously owned by Bob Moody the famous race car driver of the famed Moody Brothers Racing team who held the national quarter mile drag records throughout the 1960?s… In fact that very race car was built right here in what is now part of ITU’s manufacturing area.
